Responsibilities

• Provide high-level legal and contract guidance on residential real estate transactions.
• Lead, mentor, and support internal staff to ensure exceptional service and execution.
• Serve as a visible and trusted resource for Realtor partners.
• Conduct trainings, workshops, and educational sessions for agents and clients.
• Represent The Closing Team at industry events, networking functions, and community engagements.
• Support business development efforts by building and maintaining strong relationships across the real estate ecosystem.
