Goodwin is seeking a strategic, industry-fluent Director, Client Development to lead growth, visibility, and market positioning for its Real Estate Industry platform. You will partner with Real Estate leadership and attorneys to shape and execute go-to-market strategies that deepen client relationships and drive revenue growth.

Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Proven leadership of high-performing, geographically dispersed teams.
- Credibility within the real estate industry with active involvement in associations and events.
- Experience designing and executing business development and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan with strong clientROI.
- Maintain fluency in institutional real estate market dynamics and opportunities.
- Lead strategic client plans and targeting to deepen relationships and drive growth.
- Design client engagement forums, roundtables, and industry programs.
- Represent Goodwin in client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
- Enable effective integration of lateral partners and growth of client relationships.
- Oversee market positioning, pitches, and thought leadership to differentiate the platform.
