Job summary

Goodwin is seeking a strategic, industry-fluent Director, Client Development for its Real Estate Industry platform. You will lead the global Real Estate Client Development team, shaping go‑to‑market strategy and driving revenue growth through deep market insight and strong relationships.

As a senior business partner to Real Estate leadership, you will collaborate with attorneys to deepen client relationships, expand opportunities, and position Goodwin as a credible voice in the market.

Qualifications

15+ years of experience within the real estate industry.
Established credibility with REITs, real estate investment managers, investors, sponsors, lenders, owners and developers.
Proven ability to lead geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead go-to-market plans to maximize client value and revenue growth.
Develop and execute strategic client plans targeting priority clients and cross-practice opportunities.
Design client engagement forums, roundtables, and industry programs.
Oversee the Real Estate Client Development team and budget with ROI focus.
