Responsibilities

1. Buyer lead follow-up
2. Close buyer sales
3. Database and CRM campaigns
4. Sales talk mastery
5. Set appointments
6. Close appointments
7. Follow the team plan
8. Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
9. Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
10. Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
11. Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
12. Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline

Qualifications
