Responsibilities: • Reach out to pre-qualified leads to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs for a home • Provide potential home buyers with pertinent information about their local housing market • Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget • Arrange showings, show homes, and participate in open houses for prospective buyers • Act as the intermediary between the client and the listing agent to ensure a smooth real estate transaction • Team Sales • Buyer lead follow-up • Buyer lead generation • Closing sales • Objection handler mastery • Set buyer appointments • Sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Over 1 year of buyer’s agent or real estate experience preferred • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry • Show a track record of real estate success • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Real estate license is required • Good communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $90,000 - $165,000 at plan
