CBRE in El Paso, TX is seeking a SP-Associate to develop business, market commercial properties, and negotiate leasing, purchase, or sale terms for clients.

You will build relationships, analyze market data, assemble property information, and support transactions from listing to contract. Strong MS Office skills and a real estate license are preferred along with a Bachelor's degree and up to 3 years of related experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate License strongly preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills and ability to calculate percentages and financial figures.

Responsabilidades

• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, relationship building, and selling additional services to current clients.
• Provide clients with information on leasing availability, market conditions, and property values.
• Accompany clients to property sites to discuss features, rates, and terms.
• Assemble property data such as tenant surveys, reports, and maps.
• Prepare RFPs and review responses; evaluate data and prepare market reports.
• Coordinate materials for transactions (listing agreements, leases, sales agreements); prepare offers and term sheets.
• Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts and participate in negotiations and due diligence.
