Job summary

CBRE in New York seeks a SP-Associate to develop business, market CRE properties, and negotiate leasing terms, purchases, or sales for clients. This broker role supports residential, office, and commercial properties under the Brokerage function.

You will gather market data, prepare reports, and coordinate all documents for transactions, while assisting attorneys through contracts and due diligence. Commission-based with broad benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Real Estate License is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and expand client relationships in CRE.
• Provide clients with information on leasing availability, market conditions, and property values.
• Accompany prospective clients to property sites to discuss features, leasing rates, and terms.
• Assemble property data and prepare reports such as tenant surveys and market comparisons.
• Prepare RFPs and review responses; create specialized market reports.
• Coordinate documents for transactions and assist with contracts and amendments.
• Assist attorneys in preparing real estate contracts and participate in negotiations and due diligence.
• Model CBRE RISE values in daily work and meet deadlines.
