Responsibilities

• Secure new and expanded business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship building.
• Provide clients with leasing availability, market conditions, and property values.
• Accompany clients to property sites to discuss features, rates, and terms.
• Assemble property data such as surveys, reports, and maps.
• Prepare RFPs and review responses; create reports on rents and market trends.
• Coordinate materials for transactions and assist in negotiations and due diligence.
