Testing Site - JPMC in Boston seeks a Real Estate Banking (REB) Client Associate to support relationship management and business development within a banker team. You will participate in the Banking Associate program, developing skills toward senior REB roles.

Responsibilities include delivering value-added client solutions, collaborating with Risk, Product Specialists, and Treasury Services, and assisting with financial modeling and market sizing.

Competenze

• BS/BA degree required.
• Experience in building and maintaining positive client relationships.
• Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent problem solving, oral, and written communication skills.

• Focus on supporting and delivering value-added solutions to clients and prospects, helping them reach their goals and maximize revenues over the life of the relationship.
• Foster strong internal relationships with Risk, Product Specialists, Treasury Services partners, Real Estate Investment Banking, and other groups to identify solutions that meet client and prospect needs.
• Support REB Client Executives with financial modeling, prescreening, market sizing, client planning analysis, and more.
• Assist in managing firm-wide risks and ensure adherence to policy and regulatory compliance standards, including AML/KYC, credit exposure, daily transactional risks, and reputational risks.
