Job summary

Regions Bank is seeking a Real Estate Banking Analyst to support the origination and execution of real estate banking products. You will work with bankers, Relationship Managers and Debt Products teams to deliver service across live deals and research tasks.

You will develop detailed financial models, conduct due diligence, prepare client materials, and ensure high-quality reporting. This role requires strong Excel skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach to help Regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with proven record of high achievement.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills.
• Energetic and creative self-starter with willingness to take on and successfully manage significant and multiple responsibilities.
• Strong sense of personal accountability with a results orientation as part of a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains detailed financial models to value companies and depict projected financials.
• Conducts extensive financial and industry due diligence to evaluate risk/return parameters of a transaction.
• Ensures high quality of client deliverables with strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Prepares written material, including pitches, proposals, client materials and supporting analyses.
• Maintains proprietary databases through monitoring news, transactions and financial information for clients and prospects.
• Understands client needs and identifies Regions products and services to help clients achieve goals.
• Coordinates between coverage team and Debt Product partners to deliver the whole bank with speed and creativity.
• Supports relationship managers with call planning, production/pipeline management, and reporting quality across systems.
• Works in multiple roles and projects, independently and in teams.
