Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains detailed financial models to value companies and depict projected financial results.
• Conducts extensive financial and industry due diligence to evaluate risk/return of transactions.
• Prepares pitches, client materials and supporting analyses with strong written communication.
• Supports relationship managers with call planning, pipeline management and reporting.
• Coordinates with debt products partners to deliver integrated banking solutions.
