Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Real Estate Zoning Attorney / Associate Attorney in Detroit to join a leading law firm. The role offers a base salary up to $160k, with 401k and comprehensive benefits.

The candidate will work onsite at least 3 days per week, with some remote work allowed, and engage in high-impact real estate, development, and land use matters. • Admission to MI state bar
• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, development, land use, zoning, energy & sustainability, municipal law, regulatory, or related practice areas preferred
• Experience working with developers, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and consultants on development projects is a plus
• Interest in developing expertise in renewable energy and sustainability policies against the backdrop of rapidly evolving technologies
• Willingness to work onsite in Detroit at least 3 days per week

As a Real Estate Zoning Attorney / Associate Attorney on our team, we are looking for:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
