Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Real Estate Zoning Attorney / Associate Attorney in Grand Rapids, MI to handle complex development and land‑use matters. Requirements include a JD from an ABA-accredited school, active MI bar, and 2+ years in commercial real estate, development, land use, zoning, energy and sustainability; willingness to be onsite in Grand Rapids at least 3 days per week.

Job Details

As a Real Estate Zoning Attorney / Associate Attorney on our team, we are looking for:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to MI state bar
• 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate, development, land use, zoning, energy & sustainability, municipal law, regulatory, or related practice areas preferred
• Experience working with developers, municipalities, regulatory agencies, and consultants on development projects is a plus
• Interest in developing expertise in renewable energy and sustainability policies against the backdrop of rapidly evolving technologies
• Willingness to work onsite in Grand Rapids at least 3 days per week
