Job summary

Stealth Law Firm in Atlanta, GA seeks a Real Estate Transactions Attorney to handle a broad range of transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters for homebuilders and developers.

You will own matters from start to finish, conduct thorough contract drafting and negotiation, review titles and surveys, assist with closing, and maintain proactive client communication to advance transactions and mitigate risk.

Qualifications

• At least three (3) years of transactional real estate experience representing homebuilders, master-planned community developers, multifamily and mixed-use developers, commercial property owners, and other sophisticated real estate clients.
• Substantial experience in contract negotiation and drafting, title and survey review, contract administration, and closing matters.

We work closely with countless real estate agents and brokers, mortgage loan originators, builders, developers, real estate investors, and other industry professionals to successfully represent them in transactions, real estate finance, closing, bankruptcy, and various litigation services.

As a Real Estate Transactions Attorney, you will have these duties:

• Transactional Real Estate Work: Handle a wide range of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development matters.
• Case & Matter Management: Take ownership of assigned matters from start to finish - review, analyze, and develop strategies to achieve successful outcomes.
• Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research using all available resources to support case strategies and provide well-informed advice.

Experience and Skills:

• At least three (3) years of transactional real estate experience representing homebuilders, master-planned community developers, multifamily and mixed-use developers, commercial property owners, and other sophisticated real estate clients
• The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in contract negotiation and drafting, title and survey review, contract administration, and closing matters.

What You'll Need:

Licensed to practise in Georgia. An additional license is a big plus.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $250,000 annually. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
