Aligned Talent Acquisition is recruiting for an experienced Real Estate Associate Attorney opportunity with a leading Am Law 200 firm in Atlanta.
This is an excellent opportunity for a transactional attorney interested in a sophisticated commercial real estate practice involving acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and financing matters for developers, investors, property owners, lenders, and other sophisticated clients.
Ideal Background
- 2–6 years of commercial real estate transactional experience
- Experience with acquisitions, dispositions, development, leasing, and real estate finance
- Experience representing developers, investors, property owners, landlords, tenants, lenders, and institutional clients
- Experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, leases, development agreements, easements, loan documents, and other real estate agreements
- Experience handling title, survey, zoning, and other real estate due diligence
- Experience coordinating sophisticated transactions from initial negotiations and diligence through closing
- Experience with joint ventures, real estate investments, portfolio transactions, or development projects is a plus
- Experience with commercial leasing involving office, retail, industrial, multifamily, or other property types is beneficial
- Strong drafting, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple sophisticated transactions and deadlines
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required
- Georgia bar admission required or ability to become admitted
