Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in the relevant jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2–5 years of substantive experience with real estate transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, development).
• Experience with real estate debt and/or equity matters.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Elevated attention to detail; ability to manage complex transactions from start to finish.
• Ability to manage client relationships and provide strategic, business‑oriented legal counsel.
• Experience working both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated real estate transaction documents (purchase/sale agreements, leases, financing documents).
• Conduct legal due diligence (title and survey review) and manage closing processes.
• Collaborate with clients to understand goals and provide strategic advice.
