Job summary

Carvana is seeking a Real Estate Associate to support market analysis, site selection and property development across assigned markets. The role focuses on industrial real estate, negotiations, and analytics to drive growth. You’ll work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams in Tempe.

The job is in-person, Monday–Friday at our Tempe headquarters, with up to 50% travel to identify sites and prepare offers. Strong communication and independence are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real estate, site acquisition or disposition.
• Industrial or commercial real estate acquisition/disposition with emphasis on negotiation, brokerage and analytics.
• Knowledge of CoStar or other commercial MLS sites.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of assigned markets with a high degree of autonomy.
• Source, research, draft and negotiate Letters of Intent for Lease or Sale.
• Assess and aid in decision-making for projects and finalizing plans or transactions.
• Develop relationships with a nationwide network of brokers, landlords, officials, and regional employees.
• Maintain a database for senior management and executive leadership.
