Carvana is seeking a Real Estate Manager who will lead a team in site selection, market analysis, and deal execution across a nationwide network. You will analyze commercial real estate trends, oversee purchase/disposition transactions, and work with senior leadership to shape strategy.

The role emphasizes strong communication, independence, and the ability to drive tangible impact in a fast-growing, data-driven culture. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, marketing, accounting or related field.
• 6+ years in commercial real estate; site selection experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team and managing acquisition/disposition deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead Associates in site selection and market analysis, including demographics reports.
• Negotiate commercial real estate transactions and obtain site approvals.
• Review deal packages before leadership approval and present market summaries.
