Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, Business.
• 2-4 years of asset management or related financial analysis experience.
• Commercial real estate experience across retail, office, industrial, or mixed-use.
• Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to work with third-party property managers and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate asset performance and opportunities.
• Analyse property financial statements and provide variance commentary.
• Monitor NOI, occupancy, leasing activity, debt service coverage, and capex.
• Support annual budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting.
• Collaborate with third-party property managers to review performance and budgets.
• Prepare executive reporting, investment analyses, valuations, and hold/sell recommendations.
• Assist with acquisitions, dispositions, refinancing, investor reporting, and special projects.
