Job summary

The Liberty Group, a large U.S. real estate owner/operator, is seeking an Asset/Regional Management Analyst in Chicago to support forecasting, budgeting, and reporting. You will own recurring forecast cycles, analyze asset performance, and build data-driven tools for senior leadership.

Expect high interaction with RM teams and corporate partners as the portfolio grows, with a clear path toward broader portfolio oversight and increased impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong analytical and data storytelling skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience supporting forecasting, budgeting, and asset performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive recurring forecasting and budgeting cycles for the portfolio.
  • Analyze asset performance variances and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Build tools and procedures for data collection, analytics, and reporting.
  • Prepare succinct reports for senior leadership and key RM partners.

About the Position:

Provide analytical, reporting, and budgeting support to Asset Management and Operations. Own/drive recurring forecasting and budget processes, analyze asset performance and variances, build tools/procedures around data compilation/analytics, and prepare succinct reporting for senior leadership. High stakeholder interaction with RM teams and corporate partners.
