Job summary

Michael Page is seeking an Asset Management Analyst for a Global Real Estate Investment Trust in New York. The role supports oversight and optimization of multifamily and/or affordable housing portfolios, driving financial performance, operational execution, and strategic initiatives across investments.

You will collaborate with Asset Management, Property Management, Development, Acquisitions, and Finance teams to maximize property value, enhance portfolio performance, and support investment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 1–3 years of asset management, real estate finance, investments, underwriting, or related fields.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Experience with Yardi, RealPage, MRI, Argus, or other real estate systems is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze property and portfolio financial performance, including variance analysis, cash flow trends, occupancy, rent growth, and NOI.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual asset management reports and investor packages.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning across the portfolio.
• Monitor asset-level KPIs to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with valuations, hold/sell analyses, refinancings, and other asset-level initiatives.
• Track capital projects and capital expenditure budgets to ensure alignment with investment objectives.
• Conduct market research and benchmarking to assess asset positioning and support decisions.
• Coordinate with Property Management to evaluate performance and drive value creation.
