You will work with ownership to identify value‑add opportunities and support acquisition, disposition, and refinancing analyses, while conducting market research to benchmark against peers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5 years experience in asset management, real estate finance, or investment analysis.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
