Real Estate Appointment Setter - Follow up Specialist - Lead Manager

In this role, you will have the flexibility of remote work while playing a crucial part in shaping clients' financial futures. Your responsibilities will include cultivating connections, seeking out new clients, and delivering exceptional service to bolster our company's standing. We provide a competitive hourly wage ranging from $4 to $6, along with bonuses, comprehensive training, and room for professional advancement. Responsibilities:
  1. Dial Leads in CRM
  2. Qualify leads based on our sales process
  3. Generate 10 approved pass-offs weekly for our Home Buying Specialists
  4. Set clear expectations with sellers about next steps and the time of the next call
Qualifications:
  1. Must possess outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities
  2. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for candidates holding a bachelor’s degree
  3. Should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate appointment setting
  4. High Proficiency in English is essential for this role
