Where and How You’d Work: You’ll work remotely, full-time, as a critical part of our Acquisitions Team. You'll be the first voice sellers hear, the relationship builder and problem solver who makes sure every potential deal gets the right start. You’ll report to our Team Leader and work closely with Acquisitions Agents to hand off qualified leads and track them to success. What Winning Looks Like: • Making 75+ calls/day, with 120+ minutes of talk time • Setting 3+ qualified appointments/day • Keeping CRM records clean, organized, and actionable • Becoming a trusted voice that sellers remember and respond to This role is not for you if: • You need constant supervision and reminders to stay on task • You avoid feedback and resist change • You’re just looking for a job, not a place to grow • You're not comfortable working in a high-performance, metric-driven environment Responsibilities: What You’d Do in This Role: • Call and text warm and cold leads to gauge their interest in selling • Qualify sellers using our EMOTA framework (Equity, Motivation, Ownership, Timeline, Actionability) • Set 3+ quality appointments per day for our acquisitions agents • Follow up with long-term leads and keep relationships warm • Maintain and update our CRM with notes, follow-ups, and lead status • Collaborate with your team daily to optimize conversions Qualifications: You’re Probably a Match If: • You're extroverted, outgoing, and confident on the phone • You have at least 2 years of experience in appointment setting or sales • You're coachable, open to feedback, and always looking to grow • You hate ego and love lifting others up • You’re driven to influence people, help them make decisions, and win together • You’re tech-comfortable and have used Salesforce or a similar CRM Compensation: $14,000 - $18,000
