The RMR Group is seeking an Application Support Analyst in Newton, MA to serve as the frontline for end-user support across Yardi Voyager and related business apps. You will triage, troubleshoot, and resolve issues, escalating when needed and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and create knowledge assets.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in IT help desk, strong communication, and familiarity with property management software.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in IT help desk or application support.
• Must understand Yardi Voyager or similar property management software.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 apps (Outlook, Excel, Teams).
• Strong written and verbal communication for non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for end users via phone, email, and ticketing system.
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and track tickets through resolution.
• Escalate complex issues to Level 2 or vendors with thorough notes.
• Support Yardi Voyager modules and data entry validation under supervision.
