The Real Estate Data Analyst II role at SBA Network Services, LLC supports the transformation of buyout and leasing data across a portfolio, turning real estate and asset information into actionable financial insights. In this onsite position in Boca Raton, FL, you will focus on accuracy and efficiency while helping deliver executive reporting and Power BI dashboards aligned to organizational goals.
What you’ll do
- Support analytical projects for key Real Estate initiatives, including portfolio optimization, asset performance forecasting, and identifying high-value investment opportunities.
- Convert large data sets into clear summaries, trends, and recommendations, and produce accurate weekly and monthly reports for management.
- Evaluate, design, and implement best-practice processes to strengthen organizational performance.
- Develop analytical frameworks and tools that support project development and decision-making.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Real Estate operations, legal and financial data across markets, systems, and processes.
- Leverage AI-driven tools, automation, and innovative technologies to enhance process efficiency, improve data quality, and streamline reporting workflows.
- Build and continuously improve business intelligence dashboards in Power BI to meet the needs of executive and operational users.
- Improve routine procedures for regular analysis and reporting, documenting processes so tasks can be reviewed, replicated, and expanded.
- Validate CRM and property management data for completeness and accuracy; identify workflow inefficiencies and lead corrective initiatives.
- Proactively identify and frame complex business problems within the Real Estate lifecycle that can be addressed with data.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and audit readiness by consolidating multiple data sources to improve audit input quality and strengthen control procedures.
- Support data-driven decision-making across functional teams.
- Evaluate high-priority assets across the portfolio and recommend actions to maximize returns or mitigate risks.
- Deliver insights and predictive analysis to improve financial outcomes, asset prioritization, and strategic planning.
- Prepare and present executive-level materials covering performance metrics, risks, and financial outcomes.
- Ensure Real Estate management and senior executives have reliable, comprehensive, and timely data.
- Handle other projects and duties as assigned.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, economics, finance, data analytics, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate, or strategic business operations.
- Proven experience leading projects, training junior staff, and supporting executive-level decision-making.
- Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and business intelligence.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to create advanced visualizations and work with enterprise BI platforms, including Power BI.
- Demonstrated capacity to work cross-functionally and manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced tools including Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, Dynamics 365 CRM, Copilot AI, and PM DB.
- Valid government-issued driver’s license.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
