Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, economics, finance, business or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate, or strategic operations.
• Experience leading projects and training junior staff for executive decisions.
• Experience with financial modeling, forecasting, and business intelligence.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and CRM tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Support real estate initiatives: portfolio optimization and asset performance forecasting.
• Convert large datasets into summaries, trends, and actionable insights.
• Design and implement processes to improve organizational performance.
• Develop analytical frameworks and BI tools for decision-making.
• Act as SME for real estate data across markets, systems, and processes.
• Leverage AI, automation, and dashboards to enhance reporting workflows.
• Deliver executive-level insights and reports to management.
• Ensure data quality, auditability, and cross-team data-driven decisions.
