Gibson Dunn is seeking an experienced Legal Technology & AI Attorney - Real Estate to join the Knowledge Management & AI Group. Based in a U.S.

office (New York preferred), you will bridge transactional real estate practice with cutting-edge AI, automation, and knowledge platforms across offices. You will design, test, and scale tools and workflows, translate substantive expertise into scalable knowledge solutions, lead training, and collaborate with attorneys, technologists, and staff to

Formación

• A J.D., Bachelor of Laws, or equivalent with strong academic credentials; must be admitted to practice and in good standing in the state where they will be based.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate legal practice; other transactional backgrounds will be considered on a case by case basis.
• Demonstrated ability to apply legal training to new contexts, including workflow design, tool development, or process improvement efforts; coding or tech-building experience is highly valued.

Responsabilidades

• Identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to real estate legal work.
• Evaluate, prototype, and implement AI-assisted tools, document automation solutions, and technology-enabled workflows.
• Collaborate across offices to translate emerging technology into practical tools for lawyers and clients.
• Lead training sessions on knowledge systems and AI tools and workflows.
• Maintain knowledge management resources across real estate transactions including acquisitions, financing, development, leasing, and JV work.
