Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher is seeking a Legal Technology & AI Attorney focused on Business Restructuring and Reorganization. Based in the U.S. with New York preferred, the role sits at the intersection of legal practice, technology, and experimentation within the Practice Group.

You will design and scale AI-enabled tools, workflows, and knowledge systems for lawyers and clients. The role emphasizes drafting, testing, and deploying practical tech solutions, collaborating across offices and admin

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to restructuring work, informed by lawyer workflows.
• Evaluate, prototype, and implement AI-assisted tools, document automation, and tech-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Participate in technology pilots and assessments, including AI-driven research and drafting.
• Collaborate with attorneys, technologists, and staff to design practical, user-centered tools.
• Lead training sessions for attorneys and staff on knowledge systems and AI tools.
• Capture feedback from lawyers and stakeholders to improve KM products and tech adoption.
• Develop, maintain knowledge management resources across restructuring matters.
