Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher seeks an Legal Technology & AI Attorney – M&A/PE to bridge transactional law with technology and innovation. Based in a US office (New York preferred), you will work with Knowledge Management & AI to design, test, and scale AI-driven tools and workflows for lawyers and clients.

You will collaborate with Research, Practice Group Management, and IT to translate emerging tech into practical, high-impact resources, including model documents and guidance materials.

Qualifications

• J.D. or equivalent with strong academic credentials; must be admitted to practice in the state of based.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in M&A and/or Private Equity; other transactional backgrounds considered.

Responsabilités

• Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and emerging technologies to M&A and PE matters.
• Prototype and implement AI-assisted tools, document automation solutions, and prompt libraries.
• Collaborate with attorneys, technologists, and staff to design practical, user-centered tools.
• Lead training sessions to promote knowledge systems and AI tools adoption.
• Capture feedback to improve KM products and workflows.
