Responsibilities

• Complete PLACE Launch training and participate in weekly script practice sessions.
• Use PLACE tools and resources to connect with prospective clients and set appointments.
• Support buyers throughout their home search, including buyer agreements and property selection.
• Build seller relationships, secure listings, and provide guidance on pricing, staging, and marketing.
• Help negotiate offers and keep clients informed throughout the transaction process.
• Keep tasks, follow-ups, and client information organized and up to date in PLACE Technology.
• Host Open Houses weekly
