Responsibilities

• Graduate from our Agent Launch 90-day boot camp.
• Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write offers, and get them accepted.
• Conduct eight open houses monthly.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training, and partner call.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE technology.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from our Agent Launch 90‑day boot camp.
• Work with buyers to find the perfect home, write offers, and get them accepted.
• Provide detailed written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria.
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients.
• Generate leads aiming for a minimum of 10 hours a week, make appointments and convert.
• Conduct eight open houses monthly.
• Participate in team activities per team standards.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, training, and partner call.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE technology.

Qualifications

• Holds a valid Real Estate License.
• People‑oriented with a positive attitude.
• Willing to commit to the office at least four days a week.
• Capable of maintaining a positive and happy demeanor.
• Comfortable spending extended periods driving.
• Skilled at analyzing client needs and matching them with suitable homes.
