Welcome Home Team is seeking a licensed Real Estate Agent in Fayetteville, NC to join our dynamic team and elevate your real estate career. You will work with buyers and listings, leverage PLACE Technology, and participate in ongoing coaching and weekly trainings to reach top performance.

You’ll engage in prospecting, conduct open houses, negotiate offers, and collaborate in a fast-paced, supportive environment designed to maximize earnings and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of real estate sales experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues.
