eXp Realty PA is seeking driven real estate professionals to join our team in Pennsylvania. You'll receive leads, access to LeadDeck, and a proven blueprint to build steady production. Follow the plan, use scripts, and rely on coaching from active agents to turn opportunities into closings.

This role is ideal for self-motivated agents ready to grow their business and income in a supportive, coachable environment. Affiliated with eXp Realty. Agents are independent contractors.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania, or actively getting licensed.
• Coachable and willing to follow the plan before improvising.
• Consistent, self-motivated, and ready to put in focused daily work.
• Comfortable on the phone and speaking with homeowners.
• Eager to grow your business and income.

Responsibilities

• Follow the daily activity plan and coaching rhythm to turn leads into closings.
• Utilize provided leads and scripts to build a steady production.
