Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch and start executing PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers, convert to signed buyer agreements and identify homes.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers.
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology.
• Conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments.
• Participate in weekly script practice and team activities.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes with pricing strategies.
