Compass, Inc. is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and coach a large agent population across Darien, New Canaan and Ridgefield. You’ll implement sales initiatives, drive performance, and ensure alignment with the company’s vision and goals.

A strong focus will be on retention, culture, and strategic operational guidance to the executive team. You should bring a proven leadership track record, strategic planning ability, and a deep knowledge of real estate markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with strong leadership and planning abilities.
• Personal sales experience as a Realtor with 5+ years licensed.
• Broker license preferred; must be licensed in applicable state(s).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and retain Compass agents, aligning with company goals.
• Facilitate growth planning and agent development across offices.
• Relaying market intelligence to agents and leadership.
• Drive revenue through coaching, metrics tracking and policy execution.
• Manage agent meetings, performance reviews and policy updates.
• Support adoption of Compass tech, programs and services.
• Assist in sponsoring new business opportunities and pricing strategies.
• Oversee agent contract renewals and ensure compliance.
