Place Network Agents in Evansville, IN is seeking driven real estate professionals to join a high-performing team. Trainees graduate from Agent Launch and work with buyers and sellers to secure listings, present offers, and close deals through proactive outreach, open houses, and strategic follow-ups.

You will participate in weekly script practice, receive coaching, and benefit from a commission-based compensation model with strong earning potential.

Responsabilités

• Graduate from Agent Launch, 12 week training program.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes to view.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Negotiate offers for sellers and buyers.
• Conduct open houses.
• Make outgoing calls, texts, and emails to convert leads into clients.
• Participate in weekly script practice.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching and trainings.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from Agent Launch, 12 week training program
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes to view
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Conduct open houses
• Make out going phone calls, texts and emails to convert leads into clients
• Participate in weekly script practice
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$75,000 - $145,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
