Job summary

Dauby Real Estate is seeking ambitious real estate sales professionals to join a top-performing Southwest Indiana team. After completing the Agent Launch 12-week program, you’ll consult with buyers and sellers, convert leads to signed agreements, and market homes to drive growth and commissions.

You’ll participate in weekly training, script practice, and ongoing coaching, with access to in-house marketing support and a path to equity participation within PLACE-powered resources.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from Agent Launch, 12 week training program.
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes to view.
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home.
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers.
• Conduct open houses.
• Make outbound calls, texts and emails to convert leads into clients.
• Participate in weekly script practice.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call.
