Dauby Real Estate is expanding its high‑performing Southwest Indiana team, offering a clear path to grow your real estate career with training, revenue sharing, equity participation, and vesting programs. As a trainee, you’ll graduate from the 12‑week Agent Launch program, work with agents to guide clients to homes, and provide detailed feedback to refine search criteria.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from Agent Launch, 12 week training program
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice
• Participate in team activities
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities
