Role Description This is a full-time Real Estate Agent role based in College Station, TX, with flexibility to work from home. The Real Estate Agent will represent buyers, sellers, and renters in residential real estate transactions, including conducting property showings, hosting open houses, preparing listing presentations, and writing and reviewing offers and contracts. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting for new clients, following up on leads, maintaining an organized pipeline, and providing timely updates and guidance throughout the transaction process. The role also involves performing market research and comparative market analyses, coordinating inspections and appraisals, and collaborating with lenders, title companies, and other professionals to ensure smooth closings. The Real Estate Agent will use CRM and listing platforms to manage client information and marketing activities while upholding all legal and ethical standards.
