The Opportunity
We are looking for a self‑driven Real Estate Agent to join our team. The role involves selling and purchasing residential real estate and managing property leases for a portfolio of over 3,000 properties.

What You’ll Do
- Build, grow, and maintain client relationships
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently with high autonomy
- Ensure the property portfolio is rented to full capacity
- Utilize marketing strategies to secure prospective residents
- Create and update a Property Activity Log for each vacant property
- Confirm all leases and corresponding paperwork are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain current resident files properly
- Make 20+ phone calls per day
- Work weekends as required
What Qualifies You
- Texas real estate license required
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate use of SuiteCRM, Propertyware, ZipForms, and MLS
