Mark Spain Real Estate in Raleigh is seeking a Real Estate Agent to join a top-rated team. You will work with an inside sales team to secure 8–15 pre-qualified listing appointments each month, focusing on closing homes rather than prospecting.

Qualified candidates hold an active NC license (or can obtain within 30 days) and have 2+ years of sales experience. This full-time, commission-based role includes coaching, AI tools, and strong support from leadership.

Qualifications

• Active NC real estate license (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• 2+ years of sales experience or 8+ closings in the last 24 months.
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends; high-volume production role.
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Raleigh-area service territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven — thrives in a high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities

• Attend 8–15 pre-qualified listing appointments every month from our inside sales team.
• Earn more as you close more through competitive splits.
• Supplement appointments with your sphere of influence closings and earn higher splits.
• Receive 1:1 coaching with the Director of Sales for accountability and growth.
• Use AI-powered tools for pricing accuracy and market positioning.
• Enjoy best-in-class onboarding and training with a typical first close around 60 days.
• Receive full transaction and administrative support from contract to close.
• Dedicated listing support: prep, signage, and professional photography coordination.
• No out-of-pocket business expenses; the company handles lead generation and logistics.

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle.”
