Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent in the Charlotte area to handle 8–15 pre-qualified appointments monthly, with no prospecting, no desk fees, and uncapped earnings through a high-velocity, commission-based model.

This full-time role offers coaching, AI-assisted pricing support, and full transaction and admin help from contract to close, enabling you to focus on serving clients and closing deals.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or 8+ closings in the last 24 months.
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel within the Greater Charlotte area.

Responsibilities

• Show up, serve clients, and close deals through pre-qualified appointments.
• Leverage inside sales appointments to maximize closings.
• Collaborate with support teams to ensure smooth contract-to-close processes.

Full-Time | Commission-Based | Active Real Estate License Required (or ability to obtain within 30 days and actively enrolled in licensing)

What Our Agents Earn

Average agents make: $70,000–$150,000/year | Top performers can make $200,000+/year

Commission-only position. Uncapped earnings - splits increase with production. No desk, tech, training, or lead fees.

Early Success Bonus for new agents: $2,500 when you close your first five homes in 120 days, plus $500 per qualifying seller closing in your first 150 days. No cap. Full eligibility to be outlined prior to joining

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle.
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Charlotte-area service territory
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills
