Mark Spain Real Estate in Rock Hill, SC is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to handle 8–15 pre-qualified appointments per month. This full-time, commission-based role requires an active license (or ability to obtain within 30 days) and focuses on closings with no prospecting, desk fees, or tech fees.

You’ll earn as you close: average $70k–$150k per year, with top agents at $200k+. Support includes coaching, pricing tools, and admin help to keep you focused on service and growth.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred).
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months).
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle.
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Charlotte-area service territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.

Full-Time | Commission-Based | Active Real Estate License Required (or ability to obtain within 30 days and actively enrolled in licensing)

What Our Agents Earn

Average agents make: $70,000–$150,000/year | Top performers can make $200,000+/year

Commission-only position. Uncapped earnings - splits increase with production. No desk, tech, training, or lead fees.

Early Success Bonus for new agents: $2,500 when you close your first five homes in 120 days, plus $500 per qualifying seller closing in your first 150 days. No cap. Full eligibility to be outlined prior to joining
