Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking motivated real estate agents to join a high-volume, commission-based team in the US. You will work with pre-qualified appointments, not cold leads, and earn uncapped commissions with generous splits and robust support from listings and admin staff.

You’ll receive 1:1 coaching, AI-powered pricing insights, and full transaction support to help you close more deals while maintaining excellent client service.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in Georgia or ability to obtain within 30 days.
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months).
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel within a defined Greater Atlanta-area service territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client service skills.
• Coachable, self-motivated, and results-driven — you thrive in a high-accountability environment.

Responsibilities

• Close deals with pre-qualified appointments provided by inside sales.
• Leverage AI-powered tools for pricing and market positioning.
• Deliver excellent client service and negotiations to convert opportunities.
• Coordinate with admins to move contracts from offer to closing.
• Travel within Greater Atlanta-area service territory as needed.

What We’re Looking For
