Mark Spain Real Estate is seeking energetic Real Estate Agents to join a top-rated sales team in the US. You will handle pre-qualified appointments provided by our inside sales team and close deals with motivated homeowners.

There is no prospecting, no desk fees, and uncapped earnings with competitive splits that grow with production. Expect onboarding and ongoing coaching, plus access to AI-powered tools and strong administrative support to help you close more deals.

Qualifications

• Active real estate license in the United States (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months).
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends.
• Willingness to travel within the defined Greater Charlotte-area service territory.

What Our Agents Earn

Average agents make: $70,000–$150,000/year | Top performers can make $200,000+/year

Commission-only position. Uncapped earnings - splits increase with production. No desk, tech, training, or lead fees.

Early Success Bonus for new agents: $2,500 when you close your first five homes in 120 days, plus $500 per qualifying seller closing in your first 150 days. No cap. Full eligibility to be outlined prior to joining

What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license in North Carolina or ability to obtain within 30 days (actively enrolled in licensing preferred)
• Minimum 2+ years of sales experience or a demonstrated track record of closed transactions (8+ closings in the last 24 months)
• Full-time availability including evenings and weekends - This is a high-volume production role — not a side hustle.”
