Job summary

Liz Keeps It Real Estate in Washington state seeks an experienced Real Estate Agent to join a top-performing team. You will leverage PLACE Launch systems, conduct lead-gen activities, and guide buyers and sellers through pricing, staging and negotiations.

Expect high earning potential with a commission-based structure and access to coaching, training, and growth opportunities. A license and three years of real estate sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed real estate professional required.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Organized with excellent time management and reliability.
• Prospecting and lead-generation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch.
• Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly.
• Consult with buyers and identify homes; convert to signed buyer agreements.
• Negotiate offers for buyers and sellers.
• Track tasks in PLACE Technology; conduct two open houses monthly.
• Convert prospecting to appointments; participate in weekly script practice.
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching, trainings and Partner Call.
• Consult with sellers to listings and market homes.

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE Launch
• Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
• Conduct two open houses monthly
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

Qualifications

You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.

Compensation

$80,000 - $150,000 USD Yearly

This is a commission based position.
