Redefine Real Estate is seeking a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent in Plymouth, MI. You’ll prospect for clients, conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide buyers and sellers through each step of the transaction.

You will prepare listings using the company’s SMARTLISTING approach, coordinate photography and marketing assets, and collaborate on campaigns. Strong communication and market research skills are essential to ensure exceptional client service from consultation to closing.

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent role based in Plymouth, MI, with the flexibility to perform some tasks from home. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting for new clients, conducting property showings, hosting open houses, and guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the real estate transaction. The agent will prepare and present listings using the #SMARTLISTING approach, coordinate professional photography and marketing assets, and collaborate with the team on digital and offline campaigns. Additional duties include researching market trends and comparable properties, drafting and negotiating offers, managing contract timelines, and ensuring a high level of customer service from initial consultation through closing. The Real Estate Agent is expected to maintain accurate records, use MLS and CRM systems, and uphold the brokerage’s standards for ethical conduct and client satisfaction.
