Redefine Real Estate is seeking a full-time, hybrid Real Estate Agent in Plymouth, MI. You’ll prospect for clients, conduct property showings, host open houses, and guide buyers and sellers through each step of the transaction.

You will prepare listings using the company’s SMARTLISTING approach, coordinate photography and marketing assets, and collaborate on campaigns. Strong communication and market research skills are essential to ensure exceptional client service from consultation to closing.

Qualifications

• Active Real Estate License required.
• Strong consultative selling and client relationship skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with MLS, CRM and basic marketing tools.
• Wamiliarity with Southeast Michigan market and flexibility to work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new clients and conduct property showings.
• Host open houses and present listings using the company approach.
• Coordinate photography and marketing assets for listings.
• Collaborate on digital and offline campaigns with the team.
