CENTURY 21 Scheetz is expanding its Indianapolis office and inviting driven individuals to launch a real estate career with no license or experience required. We provide day-one training, coaching, leads, and support to help you grow your business and achieve success.

You’ll build relationships, show and sell homes, negotiate deals, and market listings while benefiting from in-house marketing, lead generation, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• No license or experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18+ and able to obtain Indiana broker license.
• Complete 90 hours of Pre-Licensing via RECP.
• Attitude-oriented with coachable mindset.
• Commission-based pay structure.

What You’ll Do

Every day as a CENTURY 21 Scheetz agent looks a little different — and that’s the point. Here’s the core of what the role involves.

Build Relationships

Network, stay involved in the community, and grow a business built on trust.

Show & Sell Homes

Locate, tour, and show properties. Help buyers find the right home and sellers get the right price.

Negotiate & Close

Negotiate deals, complete contracts, and manage every step of the transaction through sale.

Market & Grow

Market listings through social and direct channels. Stay sharp with continued training and education.
